Pastor Sandra Ornelas is a passionate, ordained minister, dynamic speaker, and dedicated intercessor. She is the founder of PGM Faith Center, and Peace Grace & Mercy Ministries, where she currently serves as Senior Pastor of PGM Faith, a bilingual, non-denominational church based in Lewisville, Texas.

Pastor Sandra's transformational journey began at the age of 24, when she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ. Her ministry roots were planted inside the Tom Green County Jail in San Angelo, Texas, which led to evangelistic outreach across Texas prisons, facilities for undocumented individuals, and halfway homes. She has ministered faithfully to the forgotten, broken, and incarcerated, bringing them a message of hope, deliverance, and supernatural restoration through the Word of God.

Her passion is to release the power of the spoken Word of God, seeing lives changed through truth, prayer, and healing. Pastor Sandra’s life mission is to inspire people to walk in the promises of God with confidence and purpose.

Despite life’s obstacles, she accomplished her dream of earning a Doctorate in Theology, proving that it’s never too late to pursue God's call.

Pastor Sandra’s has a heart to bring together Pastors’ and communities across world. 

She and her husband Guillermo Ornelas have been married for over 40 years, blessed with two daughters and seven grandchildren.

PGM Faith was born as a ministry broadcast that reflects Pastor Sandra’s heart: to bring restoration, build up the Body of Christ, and encourage listeners to stand on the truth of God’s Word. The program shares real testimonies of God’s transformative power and serves as a voice of truth and alarm to a generation called to shine light in dark places.

Each episode is rooted in prayer, God’s promises, and bold declarations that activate faith, restoration, and miracles. Pastor Sandra’s life is a testimony that “With God nothing is ever impossible” (Luke 1:37 AMP).

Pastor Sandra is passionate about walking people into deliverance from fear, sickness, and unforgiveness. She believes in the supernatural, the power of miracles, and the inheritance believers have through Christ. Ministry Roots

Pastor Sandra’s ministry was born on her 24th birthday in San Angelo, Texas. Haunted by the fear of dying at the same age as her mother, she accepted an invitation to a small church. That night, she audibly heard the voice of God say, “I love you.” That divine encounter forever changed her life, igniting a passion to serve.

From that point on, Pastor Sandra began ministering in jails, churches, and halfway homes, eventually planting roots in Dallas under the leadership of Pastor Robert Tilton at Word of Faith, where she was equipped for 15 years. Her faith was built to believe for the supernatural—healing, deliverance, and miracles.

From Bible study gatherings in her home to launching Peace Grace & Mercy Ministries, she faithfully followed God’s call, establishing what is now PGM Faith Center, where lives are still being transformed today.
